I’m using a head pointer and letterboard but my head movement is quite limited and I really need more spontaneous communication. Right now my most effective method is mouthing words slowly and carefully to my wife/ I’m considering using a Servox or something similar. I listened to your voice samples here and I am quite encouraged . I happened across your site and it looks very helpful and practical. Any information referrals or resources you could provide would be wonderful. I’m working with my ST on my options. I check my email every morning but if anyone from your organization does call my wife Marta-Gayle will answer and assist me. Thank you so much!! bfitzgerald1968@yahoo.com

For myself, after only a few drops, they tend to get damaged. Some of these devices (namely the ones made in China) are even more likely to fail. I have an idea to go to a speaker manufacturer to see if they might have any ideas. Speakers have similar design elements. At the moment, I have a damaged one and my backup is the one made in…You guessed it, China. It barely works. I would greatly appreciate the ability to borrow a unit. I will also consider donating my equipment when the end is apparent. I will ask my family to arrange to send any equipment that I have, to be donated to the closet. If you are in need of any more information, email me at your leisure. Much appreciated, Randy Wilder bobmarley1@gmx.com
