WebWhispers is a 501(c)3 charitable organization, which allows tax deductible donations. We are a support group staffed by volunteers, funded by donations. Our purpose is rehabilitation, education and support. Information and suggestions found on these pages are solely intended to provide visitors with guidance and direction.
