McKinley Express Rail directly to the ship in Whittier.

Our reservation allotment for the land tour part of our cruise/tour is now 60 people.
The train will only hold so many and they will allow us more spaces ONLY if there
are still some openings available as we turn in passenger information and full deposits.
So, if you want to go on this trip, make your reservations NOW.  The cruise part will be
available without this restriction, but not the land tour portion (1-5 June).

Individual Flight Arrangements:
Your flight arrangements are NOT included in the above tour/cruise
or cruise-only prices.  These must be made separately by you.
If you are taking the tour/cruise (1-12 June), you should fly into Fairbanks
and fly back home from Vancouver, BC, Canada.
If you are taking only the cruise (5-12 June), you should fly into Anchorage
and fly back home from Vancouver, BC, Canada.
In either case, transfers from/to the airports are included in the tour/cruise
or cruise-only prices.

For Tour/Cruise: Deposits are $350 per person, $700 per cabin.
We require the total deposit when reservation is made.
For Cruise only: Deposits may be made with a minimum of $150
down when reservations are made.
Balance due 11/15/2005.
Full payment due 3/10/2006.


Page 118 of the brochure outlines the cancellation fees. 
63-43 days prior = 50% of total charges;
42-22 days prior = 75%,
within 21 days = 100% penalty. 
The initial penalty begins on 3/22/06 with penalty
of $350 pp for cancellation.


Cruise Vacations will be sending you an insurance folder in late
February with the cost if you wish to purchase the insurance. 
Prior to that time Peggy will need your age at time of sailing


During your cruise, you will meet many members of the staff in a variety of locations as they provide
 you with excellent service.  Additionally, many more crew behind the scenes support those who serve you
directly.  For your convenience a Hotel and Dining charge of $10 per passenger per day (including children)
will be automatically added to your shipboard account on a daily basis.  The Hotel and Dining charge
will be shared amongst those staff who help provide and support your cruise experience, including the
wait staff, stateroom stewards and accommodations staff, buffet stewards, galley staff, laundry staff
and others.  Please note this is a discretionary charge and should you wish to remove or make any
adjustments, you may do so by contacting the Purser's Reception desk onboard.

Casino dealers and Lotus Spa personnel do not share in the Hotel and Dining charge as not all
passengers utilize these services.

A 15% charge is automatically added to your bar charges and dining room wine account. This is shared
amongst the beverage staff and their support staff, including cleaners and utility staff.
