ship information

Serenade of the Seas' offers plenty of options, from dining to entertainment, and yet remains a mid-sized ship. It's a good choice for a wide range of traveler -- including families, singles, couples and groups.

Royal Caribbean carries through this ship the Radiance-class' most interesting distinction is the nearly three acres of exterior glass employed in its design -- including glass elevators with ocean views -- that incorporates the outdoors, beautifully, onboard.

The effect is simply dazzling!

Ships Highlights

Deck 13 -Vortex
Have a drink at the high up revolving bar in the Vortex, located in the Viking Crown Lounge.

Rock-Climbing Wall
Our signature rock climbing walls are our most popular feature and are available on all Royal Caribbean cruise ships. Whether it's your first time on a rock wall or you're a seasoned climber, there are challenges for all levels of experience. We'll provide all of the equipment, including shoes, helmets and harnesses. All you need to do is bring a pair of socks and, of course, your sense of adventure.

Fairways of Serenade
If you just can't wait 'til we get to shore, you can pick up a quick golf game right on the ship. Our mini golf course doesn't allow for long drives, but it's a great place for that short game.

Deck 12 - Sea Spa & Fitness Center
Our seaside fitness center features modern exercise equipment. For an extra charge, we have a full-service spa with beauty salon and spa treatments, including massage, manicures and seaweed body wraps.

Jogging Track
Run laps and take in the view. Our tracks are open to anyone. Proper shoes recommended.

Sports Court
An outdoor activity court for sports. Are you up for basketball and volleyball.

Deck 11 - Park Café
Grab a bite to eat at this delicious deli offering made-to-order salads, paninis and freshly prepared sandwiches, as well as a selection of gourmet pastries and coffee. The Park Café will be a tasty addition to ship's relaxing, adults-only Solarium area.

Pool Deck
Warm up in one of our relaxing whirlpools.

Outdoor, movie screen
Watch first-run movies and big time sporting events the way they were meant to be seen - poolside, under the stars. A screen hoisted above the main pool area will showcase all the larger-than-life action.

Windjammer Café
This seaside café offers buffet-style breakfasts and lunches. In the evenings, the café's casual atmosphere is complemented by a changing menu and restaurant-style service. This area also incorporates the Asian-themed Jade buffet restaurant, an extra fee restaurant.

Rita's Cantina
Dive into a fiesta of flavor at Rita's, serving scrumptious Mexican fare along with the widest selection of margaritas at sea. Caters to families by day and grown ups by night, with live guitar music and dancing.

Deck 7 - Tropical Theatre
Here, you'll enjoy the experience of dynamic productions with all the glitz, glamour and special effects of Broadway and Las Vegas.

Cinema
The cinema shows first-run movies daily.

Deck 6 - Bars and Specialty Restaurants along with the Casino

Deck 5 - Promenade Deck, Library to borrow a book and lots of shops, photos, and meeting rooms.

itinerary

New England and eastern Canada have an unmistakable charm, rich history and natural beauty all their own. And there's no better time to visit than the fall - when the foliage is brilliant in every imaginable color, lighthouses dot the coastline, and there's always an authentic lobster bake going on somewhere.

What's Included in Your Cruise?

Almost everything is taken care of on this cruise ship with the original payment. Your stateroom accommodations, fantastic meals in the restaurants or cafés, snacks throughout the day, and even 24-hour room service is included. Entertainment and most other activities are part of your fare.

The daily newsletter is your daily schedule of ship activities and entertainment events. It's also your guide to shipboard services with hours of operation. It is delivered nightly to your stateroom. Keep it close at hand, so you'll always know what's happening and where.

On the other hand, you may want to spend every day in a deck chair reading a book from the onboard Library or sitting in the Promenade at one of the shops, watching the people stroll by.
