past ww Dinners

2006 (Schaumburg, IL) IAL

PRE-REGISTRATION:

Each year we have pre-registration for the WebWhispers Banquet held for our members and their guests during the IAL Annual Meeting. Once we reach table capacity, we cannot accept any more reservations.

COST OF DINNER (A Two-Tiered Price Level):

$30.00 - Laryngectomees, their caregivers, guests, and medical personnel shall be charged $30.00 per person with the balance being generously underwritten by InHealth Technologies and Bruce Medical Supply. We are deeply thankful for and sincerely appreciative of this outreach and support.

$56.00 - The Executive Committee of WebWhispers has decided that it is not fair, nor is it appropriate, to ask InHealth and Bruce Medical Supply to cover the additional cost for all other vendors/exhibitors attending (often over 20% of our attendees). Thus, the costs to attend the dinner this year are configured for all vendors/exhibitors and their guests to pay the actual cost of their dinners at $56.00 per person (which includes the full dinner price plus the 20% service charge and 11.29% in taxes).

RECEPTION:

For the last 6 years, Bruce Medical Supply has hosted a reception for our dinner attendees, held just prior to our banquet. We are pleased to announce the generosity of Richard Najarian for this seventh year in hosting this year's reception supporting our celebration. ALL attendees are invited to the Bruce Medical Supply reception prior to the dinner.

We are now accepting payment for reservations.
No seats will be held for anyone without payment in advance.
THE DEADLINE IS: 14 July 2006 or until Sold Out.
Instructions for reservations, menu and table seating charts are available below.
